  • reduce storage, where possible, in the office
  • archiving old client files - electronically and physical
  • changing the confidential waste bins held in the office
  • all post special/recorded delivery to be franked and taken to the post office daily
  • assisting on other tasks as and when required from time to times
  • filing all relevant correspondence and maintenance and upkeep of files
  • providing refreshments for client meetings
