Responsibility
- 1 Design Appointments, Order Processing & Administrative Support
- process customer orders to the satisfaction of the customer and the company
- process and expedite special purchase orders, to ensure that the products arrive in time for delivery or installation
- liaise with Supply Chain regarding possible orders to prepare stock deliveries
- liaise with the warehouse to ensure customer collections are co-ordinated and the 5 day delivery promise is achieved
- manage the Design teams Outstanding Order Report ensuring orders are released and fulfilled efficiently
- check “on hold” reports to ensure that orders are released for delivery or product returned to stock where appropriate
- produce and maintain catalogue and distributor customer pricing spread sheets with the assistance of the Head of Sales
