- conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- address and resolve operational challenges promptly and effectively
- monitor inventory levels and reorder points to ensure uninterrupted production and timely order fulfilment
- monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to company standards and quality control measures
- streamline processes and workflows to improve efficiency across teams
- implement lean principles or other efficiency methodologies to reduce waste and improve overall operational effectiveness
