Responsibility
- provide administrative support in the creation and retention of shipping documentation
- assisting with the management of information from point of despatch through to the point of delivery
- liaise with project teams in relation to documentation, shipping forecasts and deliveries
- assisting with customs formalities to ensure smooth transit and on time delivery
- occasional visits to the Portland office will be required and possibly other locations in the UK
- assisting with the day to day Logistics activities to enable timely and cost-effective despatch and delivery of equipment to project sites in a global market
