- manor Concepts Limited is seeking a full-time, experienced financial controller to join our growing team
- this position will be responsible for all aspects of the financial accounting and reporting for our company
- the ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- they will also support the general administrative needs of the business, which includes reception and related tasks
- this role predominantly requires the management of all matters related to sales invoicing and credit control, ensuring accurate invoicing and prompt collection of cash against those invoices
- in addition, the person in the role provides general support for the smooth running of the Finance Department and is encouraged to recommend and implement relevant process improvements
- the role requires credit control and accounts office experience together with a positive attitude and the flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the business
- supporting Cash Flow Meeting Up-to-date Cash receipt projections
Requirements
- monitor Accounts e-mail Folder
- sub-Contractors invoice reconciliation
- sub-Contractors accruals list prepared at month end
- managing administration of company credit card payments, including HSBC credit card reconciliation
- \*note that the business system and accounting system are not fully integrated
- accounting: 1 year
