Requirements

  • have a minimum 5 years of experience or training as an automotive technician to level 3 or above
  • be Proficient in general repairs & maintenance to a very high standard
  • diagnosing vehicle faults manually or with the aid of software and digital tools
  • clutches, cambelts/chains, engine strips/rebuilds, diagnosing faults
  • carrying out scheduled servicing and maintenance
  • updating vehicle service records
  • keep all working areas clean and tidy
  • installing and fitting new vehicle accessories. Ability to work within given timescales and complete a wide range of tasks
