- we are looking for a HR and Recruitment Officer to join our friendly team at MPW London, at our Kensington campus

- this role is responsible for supporting both our London college and central Human Resources department, and will play an integral part in managing recruitment processes, addressing employee queries and ensuring the college maintains compliance throughout
- this is a fast-paced and varied role, with a great opportunity for progression for someone with strong experience in human resources and recruitment administration
- attend regular health and safety committee meetings assisting the principal in ensuring the college is compliant
- prepare regular reports on HR metrics for senior management
- manage the end-to-end recruitment process for academic and non- academic staff, from advertising through to onboarding ensuring safer recruitment principals are applied throughout
