Responsibility
we are looking for an experienced ‘Payroll, HR and Finance Administrator’ with a great mindset
the Purchase Ledger, Payroll and Management Accounting functions are largely automated at the present time
assist in managing general accounts related inbound enquiries via telephone and general email accounts
cash and sales reconciliation
you will report directly into the Company Head and be primarily responsible for the day to day running of the Purchase Ledger, Bank Reconciliation & Cashflow Management, Payroll and HR administrative functions
manage supplier credits
prepare payments for suppliers
assist with the preparation of tax returns, as well as other statutory returns
Requirements
minimum 5 years’ experience working in a Finance administrative role
payroll and Purchase Ledger experience essential
management accounting experience preferable
experience of Xero/Quickbooks Accounting system again desirable but not essential. Training and support available if necessary
excellent verbal and written communication skills
attention to detail and strong problem solving and numeracy skills
strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to manage a varied workload
accounting: 1 year
