as a Payroll Co-ordinator, you will maintain the payroll processing system and develop and detail processes that enable an effective payroll process for all One Manchester colleagues
you will ensure that monthly pay run is completed in a timely and accurate way, whilst managing and completing administrative payroll duties including the payroll mailbox. You will also develop process procedures to support in Audit review
Requirements
experience of running an accurate and UK Legal pay process
A clear understanding of payroll laws, taxes and PAYE procedures
CIPP qualified or significant payroll experience
strong verbal communication, including active listening, for accurate answering of employee questions
mathematical skills for calculating taxes and employee wages
