- you’ll maintain regular contact over the year, collecting data that can be reviewed and ensure continuous improvements for future practice

- you’ll be the lead for care leavers to develop processes, guidance and resources that are self-sustainable within One Manchester and the wider community
- you’ll establish and develop links between multi-agencies and One Manchester, managing our pledge to Care Leavers and developing a peer mentor programme that will help empower individuals and ensure their voice is heard
