Requirements
previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role in a contact centre, ideally within debt recovery or collections
proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage performance in a team
strong verbal and written communication skills
familiarity with SRA guidelines desirable, data protection laws, and other relevant regulations in debt recovery
Responsibility
team Management: Lead and manage a team of agents to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
performance Monitoring: Track and analyse team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans
coaching & Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to ensure each team member can achieve their full potential
debtor Interaction: Ensure that all debtor interactions are handled professionally and in line with company policies and regulations
compliance: Ensure team members follow industry regulations, including SRA guidelines and data protection requirements
issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for any debtor issues or disputes that cannot be resolved by team members
team Morale: Foster a positive, supportive, and high-performance culture within the team
paralegal
Responsibility
manage a workload of litigated debt recovery cases from inception to resolution, ensuring adherence to deadlines and client expectations
provide comprehensive support to the Principal Solicitor in legal matters, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and managing case files
assist in client communication, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
assist with ideas to develop the Case Management system
conduct legal research and analysis, staying current with relevant laws and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to the legal team
