Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- quoting for domestic and commercial clients, with the ability to determine what additional machinery/equipment is required
- manage quotes to ensure they are sent out in a timely manner
- create planting schemes for different contracts as required
- carry out tree surveys for domestic and commercial work
- meeting domestic clients discussing their need and what’s best for the tree
- site meeting with council tree officers
- TPO applications
- checking with councils to see if trees have TPO’s
Requirements
- lantra Professional Tree Inspection qualification
- formal arboriculture qualifications, ideally Level 3 or above in Arboriculture
- demonstrable previous relevant industry experience is desirable
- full Driving License
- IT literate, MS Office programmes, GIS and Asset management/Survey software. Experience of using mobile computing devices Use of Visual Tree Assessment techniques
- experience of undertaking tree hazard/condition surveys using Visual Tree Assessment and development surveys in accordance with BS3998, BS5837:2012
