  • planning driver routes/jobs for the day
  • ensuring Vehicles are checked prior to rental
  • controlling the excess charges including but not limited to damage, penalty charges, re-fuelling and mileage including the gathering/producing of evidence
  • identify rechargeable opportunities from vehicles being off hired
  • ownership of managing and recovering unpaid money from businesses or individuals
  • we Deliver and collect vehicles all over the UK, we are looking for someone to join our established friendly team, so if you have a "can do" attitude to your work and want to work somewhere you are valued and have the opportunity to progress then this might be the job for you

Requirements

  • target driven/sales aptitude
  • 2 years of customer service experience in the automotive industry required
  • excellent communication skills
  • must be able to work Saturdays as needed
  • confident telephone manner
  • must be able to pass a background check and drug test.Rental Manager

  • strong PC Skills and experience of working in a busy office environment
