Requirements

excellent communication skills
A minimum of two years accounts experience
previous experience of using Sage accounting systems
experience of working in the social care sector advantageous
A willingness to learn and progress. Taking an active role in personal development
A desire to study Finance qualifications if necessary
Responsibility
any other administrative duties required to support the needs of the business
assist in the preparation of weekly supplier payment runs
oversee and reconcile petty cash accounts
handle inbound accounts related calls and mailbox queries
to ensure accurate input and maintenance of all sales and purchase ledger accounts via Sage and CoolCare systems
to ensure all outstanding debts are brought to the Financial Controllers attention and chased in an efficient and sequenced manner, in order to maximise company cashflow
