Requirements
- electrical and mechanical fault finding
- use of the latest diagnostic equipment
- working on passenger cars & light commercial vehicles
- identification of additional work via our VHC system
- reporting additional work for upsell via our VHC system
- maintain productivity levels
- work closely with service reception staff
- work within time constrains and achieve deadlines
