Responsibility
- clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and common areas according to company standards
- change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities as needed
- vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all surfaces in guest rooms and public spaces
- empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly
- report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
- follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for guests
- provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally
Requirements
- previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
- knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts as required
- hospitality: Understanding the importance of providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests
- housekeeping: 1 year
