the main duties will be to provided administrative and secretarial support to the sales team
magnalux luxury lighting is a lighting wholesale company based in Newry Co. Down selling lights across Ireland and the UK. We are seeing a receptionist / admin assistant to join our growing team
this person will be responsible for providing information to customers over the phone and assisting them with general queries and processing orders
this person will also be in charge of inputting invoices on sage and matching delivery dockets with invoices and filing important information
answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Requirements
previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred but no essential
knowledge of medical terminology is a plus for medical receptionist roles
strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Education
GCSE or equivalent
