- A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join an independent team of sales and lettings property professionals in Manchester
- completing all paperwork associated with the move in including tenancy agreements etc
- undertaking general administration duties
Requirements
- well organised with a professional approach and appearance
- proactive
- have great communication skills, both written and verbal and demonstrate empathy to both tenants and Landlords
- good customer service background with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- the ability to work well as part of a team
- able to handle and resolve difficult and sensitive issues and strong relationship building and problem solving skills
- have a clean driving license
