- we actively support diversity in the workplace and encourage everyone who meets our criteria to apply
- we are looking for a qualified educational professional to lead and develop an effective and inclusive educational provision for students aged 16 to 24 who have an Educational Health Care Plan
- the charity is based at our site in Redruth with the expectation of regular working out of our Penzance and Truro education provision
- you will demonstrate an entrepreneurial passion for the development of the education provision by seeking new opportunities and funding that will continue to build upon the high-quality standards already being achieved
- you will be responsible for effectively leading, managing and inspiring all staff within the educational division, currently in Penzance and Truro, ensuring that all young people achieve their full potential in an inclusive, safe environment in accordance with the charity, local and statutory policies and guidance
- the successful candidate will develop close relationships with relevant statutory bodies to identify opportunities aligned to the growth aspirations of the charity and in meeting the needs of commissioners
- an Enhanced DBS check is required for this role, for which the organisation pays
