- sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post ensuring that any parcels are securely sent via courier and post via the normal mail system
- management of the office environment, ensuring it is clean and useable space, that the equipment is available, stationery is stocked accordingly and that photocopiers are in full working order and maintained
- ensure effective distribution of drawings and project information to all project stakeholders ; this will include printing and distribution of hard copies of drawings and project information
- liaise with Procurement to guarantee that all goods received are in conformance with the PO and the copy of the delivery notes is promptly returned to the headquarters
