Requirements
- producing customer quotations based on information provided by the customer
- forecast accurately the cost of plant, labour, and materials for projects, through the production of budget sheets
- prepare tender and contract documentation, budget forecasts and other documentation specific to projects
- communicate with customers to confirm variations on projects
- research possible new customers through the use of tender portals
- check and review rates used / templated rates
- keep financial control of projects, providing a monthly forecast
- procure and/or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who are proposed to work on the construction project
Responsibility
- prepare and submit monthly management reports
- attend regular Estimating, Contracts, Health and Safety, Company and Management Meetings and prepare necessary documentation, reports and updates for discussion
- prepare necessary reports on projects, pre, during and post construction
