Responsibility
- monitor and forecast inventory needs, especially for wholesale accounts, ensuring timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
- conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to improve productivity
- implement and execute sales strategies to increase the market share for MAAN’s paper containers and wholesale food, beverages, and tobacco products
- collaborate with inventory and procurement teams to ensure adequate stock levels of paper containers and wholesale food products
- support promotional campaigns and discount strategies for retail and wholesale channels, increasing customer engagement and driving sales
- assist in the organization of trade shows, exhibitions, and sales events to promote MAAN’s products
- onboard new team members, ensuring they are fully trained on product lines, sales procedures, and company policies
