Responsibility
- we are looking for a UX / UI / Digital Product Designer to join our small but growing app development studio
- you'll get to work on a wide range of design challenges, from minimalistic splash pages, to highly functional products and platforms
- turning the challenges, briefs and ideas from clients into flows, wireframes, and high fidelity designs
- creating and evolving Design Systems
- working closely with our engineers and QA to ensure high quality implementations
- taking high levels of autonomy over design direction across multiple projects
- communicating directly with clients/stakeholders and incorporating their feedback
- our clients range from new startups to established businesses, and you will get to play a key part in contributing to exciting consumer-facing apps with 100,000s of active users

Requirements
- significant experience designing interactive applications
- A passion for creating beautiful, modern user interfaces
- A strong grasp of design fundamentals
- confidence creating brand identities
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to tackle large or complex problems, and break them down into elegant UX, UI & interaction solutions
- good organisation for maintaining consistency with a Design System across large projects
- not afraid to think "outside the box" and experiment with new styles and design patterns
