Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- duties will consist of approximately 80% MOT testing and 20% general mechanical/service work to make up the working day
- perform vehicle inspections and carry out MOT tests in accordance with DVSA regulations
- identify and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles
- conduct necessary repairs and replacements to ensure compliance with MOT standards
- complete all relevant paperwork accurately and efficiently
- maintain a clean and organised working environment
- provide exceptional customer service and professional advice
Requirements
- valid MOT Tester License
- proven experience as an MOT Technician
- strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, diagnostics, and repair techniques
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
