- budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and timely procurement of materials
- quality Assurance: Maintain quality standards, ensuring all works comply with design specifications and industry regulations
- progress Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports, adjusting the project approach as needed
Requirements
- proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in construction, with specific experience in groundworks projects
- qualifications: Relevant qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, or similar disciplines
- health & Safety: NEBOSH or SMSTS certification preferred
- communication: Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the project team
- problem-Solving: Ability to quickly resolve issues on-site and keep the project moving forward
