- M&C Home Support Ltd is a Domiciliary Care Company that is currently running services in the Central Bedfordshire area
- to demonstrate high standard of care practice to the team and clients
- to follow weekly rota to ensure continuity of delivery of care
- to deliver personal care to our clients, ensuring Person-Centred Plan is followed
- to promote independent living skills of each client, whenever possible
- to administer medication, if required, as per support plan. Furthermore, records of administration need to be accurate and detailed
- to attend and book clients’ medical appointments
- to follow health and safety and infection control policies and procedures at all times
