Responsibility
- M Recruitment is looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to join a luxury recently refurbished hotel in Glasgow
- as the Manager of the Revenue department, you will be a key member of the hotel's Executive Team and will work closely with the Sales, Finance and Front Office teams
- in addition to the day to day management of yield operations, you will be responsible for recruiting, training and developing your team
- continual analysis of changing channel distribution models and the impact on consumer booking trends
Requirements
- minimum 2 years experience in similar position
- excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- experience in the use of a Revenue Management System
- strong problem-solving abilities
- strong business acumen
- strong numerical reasoning
- be familiar with the latest digital platforms to maximise revenues
