Responsibility

  • in conjunction with Director, design, develop and execute training strategy
  • produce and deliver 'new to travel' training for new members
  • assess training needs within the existing membership and drive suitable training initiatives to help them build successful businesses
  • create and deliver training, reference, and development content to support growth including in person, virtual courses, workshops and events
  • create and update existing material for the online training academy
  • deliver onboarding & induction sessions

Requirements

  • significant travel industry experience is essential, specifically within a tour operator, OTA or retail travel agency
  • ability and confidence to deliver training at all levels and identify additional training needs required
  • experience designing and delivering traditional and modern training methods and approaches, including coaching, classroom, e-learning, workshops etc
  • strong, dynamic presentation skills with an ability to interact confidently with all audiences
  • excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • highly organised, with a pro-active forward thinking approach
