Working hours

Responsibility
- lyons Estates is a market leader in North Liverpool's property market
- the role is Monday to Friday plus a share on a rota basis to Saturdays
- level 3 qualification in lettings and property management preferred but not essential
- candidate must hold a clean UK driving licence
- experience in North Liverpool is favourable
- A leading independent agent who have been established over 10 years, they provide a traditional Lettings and Estate Agency service coupled with the most up to date technology
- as a Lettings Property Manager you will have responsibility for managing a portfolio of properties to include organising safety certificates, property inspections, preparing properties for move in, handling tenants vacating the property and dealing with deposit returns
- the position is within a young and vibrant team of 8 people within a busy branch
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- property management experience
- an analytical person who can communicate well with Landlords and Tenants
- excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
- ability to work closely with a team to ensure that you provide excellent customer service
- strong Organisational Skills
- quick learner who thrives on attention to detail
- driven and a real desire to succeed - Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
