- job Title: Trainee Maintenance - Technician
- reporting to: Service manager/ Service engineers/ Maintenance Technician
- job Purpose: To learn specific maintenance of Lynx AC Ltd customer asset portfolio of air conditioning and ventilation systems
- to report to the maintenance engineer or Service Workflow Coordinator/Administrator if you suspect a basic fault may have been identified during routine maintenance to allow for further investigation
- to learn and adhere to company policies, procedures and business ethic codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented
- to learn what necessary stock levels of maintenance equipment, spares, filters media and any other stock items required to successfully perform your duties as efficiently as possible
- to understand and learn to maintain exemplary customer focused standards in communication, conduct and attitude in line with the company’s values and expectations
- to be able to communicate and liaise internally with all necessary departments using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
