Requirements
- ensure that all public areas and facilities are cleaned to standard and to maintain excellent operating standards
- to fill out checklist documents provided, showing scheduled tasks have been completed
- to keep storage areas tidy and organised
- to abide by the time allocated for cleaning and preparing all communal areas without compromising standards
- must be able to carry out demanding manual work both lifting and carrying, pushing and pulling
- to be presentable in appearance in line with company presentation, cleanliness and uniform standards
- to participate in any training courses as required. Mandatory company courses must be attended
- to ensure work equipment is clean, maintained and operated according to training provided e.g. carpet cleaning machines, floor cleaning machines, car park sweepers
