Responsibility

  • preparing, processing and execution of client reviews and new business
  • contribution of ideas and suggestions to improve team and departmental performance
  • develop positive, cohesive relationships with clients, the team and the wider firm
  • efficient Communication with clients, providers and third parties in a timely and appropriate manner
  • support and maintain existing client business
  • develop business opportunities and referrals
  • acquiring and maintaining knowledge of financial services products and platform/IT systems
  • administration of maintenance of paper/electronic files
