Responsibility
- management of multiple property refurbishments and extensions, particularly of residential HMO houses
- management of key contractors during property refurbishments
- management of existing property assets & setting maintenance plans
- planning for and the ongoing management of quality, safety, health and environment issues
- research, sourcing and evaluation of new property opportunities
- establishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project
- work alongside directors to influence property modelling
- project planning, including ensuring the production of the detailed project plan
Requirements
- degree in Project Management or Construction related qualifications would be
- beneficial, but not essential
- proven construction Site management experience in the UK
- proven experience working within UK housing industry
- experience working as a construction tradesman would be beneficial, but not essential
- be an excellent communicator who can articulate complicated issues
- show ambition and demonstrate commercial awareness and being able to complete projects
- ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time
