  • ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the short-term let portfolio
  • handle guest inquiries, reservations, and provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
  • coordinate check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless guest experience
  • regularly inspect and maintain the properties to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • manage property listings and pricing to optimize occupancy and revenue
  • oversee maintenance and repairs, promptly addressing any issues that arise
