Responsibility

  • to manage reservations for Chelsea Bridge Apartments using Room Master
  • to manage booking portals which are not registered with Room Master
  • make reservations for guests such as restaurants, flights, taxi, theatre shows etc
  • guest Relations i.e. dealing with any issues which may arise
  • to gain a knowledge of the local area and activities in London which may be of interest to our guests
  • you must portray a professional and respectable manner at all times, and dress smartly
  • answering and diverting calls
  • general admin work
