Requirements

  • currently are or have worked as a Head Chef in a members club and/or 5\* hotel
  • currently are or have worked as a Head Chef in either a members club or 5\* hotel
  • experienced with and passionate about Italian/Mediterranean cuisine
  • A hands-on Chef, leading by example with a focus on developing and coaching others
  • menu development experience, with a creative eye
  • an understanding of how to manage stock and dishes to deliver optimum GP margins
  • an eye for detail
  • strong passion and experience in creating and maintaining a calm, respectful and nurturing environment for your team
