Responsibility
- the Hospitality and Operations Manager will be responsible for the following key areas. A detailed job description is available
- responsible for the day-to-day management of the club and all operational activity
- interact with club members and staff to help create a welcoming ambiance
- contribute to and implement the club vision and strategic plan
- lead and manage all reporting staff and operational volunteers, whilst applying good HR practices
- assist in setting and managing financial forecasts in respect of club facilities and services
- manage all bar and catering operations to achieve revenue targets
- drive events and sales to maximise revenue
