Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • provide Administrative support to the Property Lettings/Management team
  • produce reports and Property/Client lists as required
  • respond to telephone, email, postal and face to face enquiries relating to each property
  • maintain filing Systems as required
  • keep and update computerised and manual records as required
  • update the company website and property Portals when required
  • administrative experience: 1 year
  • order stationery and office supplies

Responsibility

  • manage the staff daily diary
  • carry out any other duties relating to the role of the Lettings Agency Office administrator
  • prepare Financial Statements as required
  • prepare Tenancy Agreements and other Tenancy related documentation
  • write and send out letters as and when required
  • schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • chase up late payments as required
