process warranty claims in a timely manner for each franchise
verifies warranty criteria provided by the manufacturer
reconciles warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule
follow up on payments of outstanding claims
resubmits all rejected claims or seeks authorisation to write them off
arranges for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor to be scrapped
files and maintains all service records as required by the warrantor
