Responsibility
- ensuring a quality service is provided to all clients in accordance with their needs and requirements
- dealing with New Business, Renewals, Mid Term Adjustments and claims
- this is an exciting opportunity to join our prestigious Family Run business in Cirencester. There is a great training programme in place where you will be trained on all aspects of Insurance
- you have the opportunity to go out on Meetings and office visits
- reporting to: Team Leader and Broking Manager
- the role has responsibility for generating revenue and developing the profitability of the business whilst ensuring full FCA compliance in all aspects of insurance
- advising clients on existing products in accordance with their needs
- handle any complaints in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
