- collaborate with the Product Specialist team to obtain their contract templates
- analyse and review the provided contracts to identify key information, clarifying any grey areas with end-users
- use basic tooling to input the contract templates, ensuring accuracy, consistency and time-efficiency
- provide the end-user with the template, ensuring meticulous testing & QA, and actioning any feedback and/or amendments
- work closely with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues relating to template coding
- communication
- send out periodic status updates regarding the status of the template coding projects
Requirements
- strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- tech savvy
- some experience or proficiency in legal terminology is desirable, but not required
