Working hours

Responsibility

  • check that invoices received have relevant purchase orders on the system
  • loading of purchase invoices onto the system and matching against relevant PO
  • chase management for missing POs
  • push all purchase invoices through to accounting software
  • review all invoices outstanding on the system on a daily basis
  • responding to all supplier queries
  • bank reconciliation for 4 accounts
  • bank reconciliation for 2 accounts

Education

  • minimum 5 grade A-C GCSEs , including Maths
  • accounting Technician qualification desirable
  • relevant experience in a Purchase Ledger role

Requirements
