Requirements
- we are looking for a candidate with a passion for excellent customer service
- A person who is energetic, self-motivated and has excellent attention to detail
- diploma/Degree in Nursing, Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council , and at least two years of postgraduate general nursing experience
- the candidate must be confident in a patient-facing environment and can quickly build rapport and professional relationships with patients
- prescribing course - Candidates are to have at least one years with provided aesthetic injectable treatments
- the candidate must take pride in their work and appearance, upholding Lumiere Medispa’s reputation for outstanding customer service and patient care
- experience and certification in providing a range of aesthetic treatments to the highest level
- treatments include Botulinum toxin injections, Dermal fillers, and Profhilo
Responsibility
- consult with patients to gauge their needs and preferences and adjust techniques to meet their individual needs
- keep accurate and up-to-date records
- informing the client about available treatments and providing advice as to which treatments may be the most beneficial to them
- provide treatments within an agreed remit and level of competence
- refer clients to external professionals, as per Lumiere Medispa's agreed referral list
- to be able and willing to provide the whole range of treatments we provide at Lumiere Medispa, including Botulinum toxin injection, dermal fillers, profhilo, microneedling, chemical peels, and any that are required to maintain the business services
- provide training and ongoing support for new aesthetic nurse practitioners and aestheticians
- carry out clinical consultations, guide patients through the service offerings, and help patients to choose what type of treatment would be most appropriate for them
