Responsibility
- advise and sell to our Lumbers customers, engage with our clients, and tell our brand story
- seek information, and continuously develop knowledge about the watch brands we stock and advance your understanding of jewellery
- provide above-and-beyond customer service, in a warm and friendly manner

- support Lumbers in developing and maintaining a positive and friendly working environment for all employees
- tell our brand story and develop and maintain friendly and on-going relationships with customers wherever possible
- assist with stock management as required
- promote good teamwork, liaising constructively with clear communication to your team, and colleagues in all other departments
- handle Lumbers customer service telephone calls, driving sales wherever possible, in line with the brand’s ethos
- assist with other projects, such as preparation for and hosting special customer events
- administer all watches and jewellery for repair providing assessment of the piece, accurate logging, and an efficient service
- liaise constructively and build good working relations with clear communication to all other departments and colleagues across the company
- wherever possible, go the extra mile for the customer, ensuring they receive the best advice and service, and have an outstanding experience with Lumbers
- drive sales across the business whenever possible, assisting and being assisted by your colleagues. At Lumbers, our clients become friends, and part of the Lumbers Family
Requirements
- proven luxury sales experience, with a focus on putting the customer first
- great organisational skills and attention to detail
- ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively and efficiently
