Responsibility
- manage the showroom's calendar, including scheduling appointments, booking models, and coordinating with photographers, stylists, and other professionals
- manage the studio's budget and expenses, including tracking invoices and payments, and managing inventory
- oversee the set-up and take-down of sets and equipment for photoshoots, ensuring that all equipment is in working order
- manage the studio's digital assets, including organizing and backing up files, and managing image distribution
- oversee the hiring and management of interns and other support staff
- ensure that the studio is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organization, and that all equipment is properly stored
- communicate regularly with clients and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are being met
- familiarity with LULU LIU London fashion brand is preferred
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- fashion retail: 3 years
- 3+ years of experience in fashion or studio /showroom management
- retail management: 2 years
