Responsibility

• responsibility for ensuring all Member details are correct and accurate to the best of our knowledge
• the Membership Secretary is a key role in our organisation and is the main point of contact for our 10,000 plus members via phone, e-mail and letter
• you will oversee Management of all administration relating to payment of monthly subscriptions including generating reports using our in-house systems and chasing of payments as required to maintain low attrition rates

• we are a small and busy team and you will help fill in for other roles, such as assisting members with online appointments and licensing issues, reception cover, as and when required
