Responsibility

  • perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
  • assist with the management of property records and documents
  • coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
  • prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant information
  • assist with lease administration tasks, including lease renewals and rent collection
  • provide administrative support to property managers and other team members

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • proficiency in using Google Suite
  • experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
