Responsibility

  • the Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining a secure and well-functioning work environment
  • checking devices, structures and systems on a regular basis and identifying needs for repairs and renovations
  • an integral opportunity has arisen for a well organised Facilities Coordinator to join a fast paced, high growth business at at a time of huge investment and development
  • responsibility for office parking allocations, and office and kitchen supplies
  • managing maintenance contractors and record keeping
  • responsibility for first aid kits and associated admin
  • coordinating with external vendors, including cleaners and security services, and ensuring health and safety regulations are up to date and adhered to

Requirements

  • ideally previous experience in a similar facilities management role
  • familiar with office systems
  • great problem solving skills
  • great organisation and communication skills
  • good attention to detail and quick decision making skills
