the Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining a secure and well-functioning work environment
checking devices, structures and systems on a regular basis and identifying needs for repairs and renovations

responsibility for office parking allocations, and office and kitchen supplies
managing maintenance contractors and record keeping
responsibility for first aid kits and associated admin
coordinating with external vendors, including cleaners and security services, and ensuring health and safety regulations are up to date and adhered to
Requirements
ideally previous experience in a similar facilities management role
familiar with office systems
great problem solving skills
great organisation and communication skills
good attention to detail and quick decision making skills
