Responsibility
- the Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining a secure and well-functioning work environment
- checking devices, structures and systems on a regular basis and identifying needs for repairs and renovations

- responsibility for office parking allocations, and office and kitchen supplies
- managing maintenance contractors and record keeping
- responsibility for first aid kits and associated admin
- coordinating with external vendors, including cleaners and security services, and ensuring health and safety regulations are up to date and adhered to
Requirements
- ideally previous experience in a similar facilities management role
- familiar with office systems
- great problem solving skills
- great organisation and communication skills
- good attention to detail and quick decision making skills
