Responsibility
to effectively respond to customer queries via telephone, email and letter
to raise work orders and correctly allocate to expense codes
to liaise with other team members on matters such as maintenance, debt collection, outstanding maintenance issues and accounting
raise sundry sales invoices for purchases and legal recharges
to assist the legal team with solicitors enquiries for sales and re-mortgages
any other duties relevant for the effective management of each property
to assist the Property Managers in the management of their portfolios of residential apartment blocks and residential housing estates by providing administrative support
Requirements
minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
experience of customer services
strong IT skills in MS Office
an ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues both verbally and in writing
