  • accompanying viewings for potential tenants and carrying out lettings inspections
  • providing a first-class service to landlords and tenants, promoting success through recommendations, and sourcing investment opportunities for landlords
  • effectively selling company advantages to maximise opportunities for gaining completed client instructions
  • nurturing and developing new business opportunities and contacts within the local community

Requirements

  • at least 3 years of lettings experience
  • managerial experience
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A proven track record in lettings and generating new business
  • the ability to build rapport with clients
  • strong listing and negotiating skills
  • the ability to work towards targets with a willingness to go the extra mile
  • A belief in ongoing personal and professional development
