  • answering telelphone calls and logging repairs as required

Requirements

  • all candidates must to IRPM qualified or have a minimum of two years experience in Block and Estate management
  • experience in a similar environment essential
  • able to work on their own initiative and think on their feet
  • capability of developing key working relationships
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • well presented, highly motivated and able to work diligently with strong attention to detail
  • good organisational skills to manage time and workload in order to meet the tight reporting and budget submission deadlines
  • A great team player who goes above and beyond
